Shipping policy

We ship to most addresses in the world. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Within New Zealand

Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery from date of order. If your goods do not arrive within this timeframe, please email shop@otago.ac.nz or phone 03 479 5323.

Overseas

Delivery will vary dependent on location. Once an order has been dispatched we will email you with an estimated time frame. If your goods do arrive within this timeframe, please email shop@otago.ac.nz or phone 64 3 479 5323.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. The University of Otago does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
